HISTORY OF THE BARANGAY:

How the Barangay got its name? Before this place was called barangay, there were two reasons from the old folks. Most of the fighting cocks of this place, the color was “LAMBOJON”. The system of getting water from the deep cave they were using bamboo or locally known “PONGPONG” was tied by the ball trade in order to get water from the bottom in going up this place named “LAMBOJON”. By virtue of the two reasons stated above.

LEGAL BASIS:

After a few years the development of the people has been proven. Some of the residents of the barangay can afford to a higher standard of living, some of the residents present could be seen that they are under the stage of living which they belong to the indigenous group of people in the community. Men and women have their own jobs and some are well educated. Some are professionals, some are employed and some are totally on the modern standard of living with real properties owned by them, they also owned furniture’s, appliances and other properties for their necessities in daily living.

The topography of Barangay Lambojon is a rolling terrain.

LOCATION AND TOTAL LAND AREA:

Barangay Lambojon has a total land area of 3,486.138 hectares more or less with a mountains southern part and a rocky place.

LAND CLASSIFICATION:

Barangay Lambojon is classified as an agricultural and residential land.
